West Chester Child Access Center:
The West Chester Child Access Center was founded in 2008 by The Honorable Katherine B.L. Platt, to create a supervised child custody access center to provide safe supervised custody time for parents otherwise precluded from exercising their custody rights due to PFA or related Orders. The Center will service Chester County and only accepts direct referrals from the Chester County Courts. The clients will have qualified for pro bono representation through the LASP or Access to Justice. This program is court-approved and physically located at Child and Adolescent Counseling Services of S.E. PA.
